How will my order be shipped?

Your order will ship via the US Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail, Priority Mail or Express Mail. If your delivery address does not have a secure location for package deliveries, please read this. We are not responsible for the loss of unattended packages.


When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed and shipped during the next business day. Our shipping days are Monday-Friday. We cannot ship on weekends or USPS Holidays.


When will my order arrive?

Once paid and approved orders are completed and shipped, package transit times vary according to the following chart:

    • USPS First Class: 3-6 postal days
    • USPS Priority Mail: 3-4 postal days
    • USPS Express Mail: 1-2 postal days

Postal Days are Monday-Saturday within the US and do not include postal holidays or Sundays.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Our shipping software will automatically send you an email when your package leaves our facility; it will contain the tracking number and a link to look up your package progress on the shipping website.
