Shipping Policy


How will my order be shipped?

Your order will ship via the US Postal Service (USPS) via your chosen level of service (Econo-Pak, First Class Mail, Parcel Post, Parcel Select, Priority Mail or Express Mail). Depending on the weight of your order, and your destination address, all available options are displayed in the shopping cart when you checkout. Our shipping department might upgrade your level of service, at their discretion, based on our daily mix of orders.

We use the US Postal Service address database verify all delivery addresses prior to shipping. If your delivery address does not have a secure location for package deliveries, please read this advisory. We are not responsible for the loss of unattended packages after they have been delivered to your address.


When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed and shipped during the next business day. Our shipping days are Monday-Friday. We cannot ship on weekends or USPS Holidays.


When will my order arrive?

Once paid and approved orders are completed and shipped, package transit times vary according to the following chart:

    • Econo-Pak: 10 postal days*
    • USPS Parcel Post: 5-9 postal days*
    • USPS Parcel Select: 5-8 postal days*
    • USPS First Class: 3-6 postal days*
    • USPS Priority Mail: 3-4 postal days*
    • USPS Express Mail: 1-2 postal days*


*Your available options depend on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The shipping cart will show all available choices for your order.

Postal Days are Monday-Saturday within the US and do not include postal holidays or Sundays.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Our shipping software will automatically send you an email when your package leaves our facility; it will contain the tracking number and a link to look up your package progress on the shipping website.
